FREE Learn to Dive Clinic for Hamilton Heights students
Dates and Ages: November 8th (K-5th) & November 15th (6th- 12th)
Time: 10am - 12pm
Location: Hamilton Heights High School Pool
What to Bring: We ask that female athletes wear a one-piece suit and if they have long hair to put it in a ponytail or braid. For male athletes they can wear any swimsuit, but eventually you will find that wearing a "speedo" will be the most comfortable.
Do they need goggles?
No, goggles are a hazard when diving off the boards. Please do not wear goggles or masks to practice.
